Plain-text and Markdown files for application forms

We now support the uploading of plain text (.txt) and Markdown (.md) file types in application form file upload fields. This update is particularly useful for candidates applying for technical roles, as it allows them to submit their work in its original format.

Previously, candidates had to convert their files to another format (such as PDF), which was not ideal for these types of submissions. With this update, candidates can now submit their work in plain text or Markdown without any unnecessary conversions.
