ASHBY, INC. MODERN SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING STATEMENT FY 2026

Last updated June 30, 2026

ABOUT THIS STATEMENT

At Ashby, operating responsibly is foundational to how we build our business. Modern slavery, including forced labour and human trafficking, affects an estimated 27.6 million people worldwide, and every business has a role to play in addressing it. The UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires organisations operating in the United Kingdom with annual turnover of £36 million or more to be transparent about the steps they are taking to identify and prevent modern slavery in their operations and supply chains. This statement is published pursuant to Section 54 of the Act and covers Ashby's financial year ending 30 June 2026.

WHO WE ARE

Ashby is an all-in-one recruiting platform that helps ambitious organisations hire with greater efficiency, structure, and insight. Our software brings together applicant tracking, candidate relationship management, sourcing, scheduling, analytics, and AI-powered workflows in a single system. Used by companies internationally, from startups to large enterprises, Ashby is designed to help hiring teams run more effective, consistent, and informed hiring processes at scale.

OUR SUPPLY CHAIN

As a technology business, our supply chain is composed primarily of cloud infrastructure and software providers, IT tooling vendors, and professional services firms, including legal, accounting, banking, and consulting partners. We are a remote-first company which further limits our exposure to risks commonly associated with facilities management, on-site services, and manual labour supply chains. While this profile means our supply chain carries an inherently lower risk of modern slavery, we recognise that no supply chain is entirely free from risk, and we take our responsibility to remain vigilant seriously.

HOW WE ADDRESS MODERN SLAVERY RISK

Our approach is proportionate to our risk profile and supported by proactive internal controls and careful vendor selection:

Ethical standards: We are committed to conducting our business with integrity and to maintaining a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery in any part of our operations or supply chains. We expect the same standard from every organisation we work with.

Workforce protections: Every member of our team has their eligibility to work verified before they start. All employees are paid at or above the applicable legal minimum wage and compensated through transparent, auditable payroll systems. These controls confirm the voluntary and lawful status of our direct workforce.

Vendor selection: We work with established, reputable suppliers and partners whose operating locations, public commitments, and business practices support our own ethical standards. When selecting new vendors, we consider their size, reputation, geographic footprint, and alignment with responsible business practices.

LOOKING AHEAD

We see transparency as a continuous commitment, not a one-time exercise. As our business grows, we will continue to evaluate and strengthen our approach to preventing modern slavery, including reviewing our supplier agreements, refining our risk assessment processes, and building awareness across our team. Our business is growing, and so is our commitment to operating transparently and responsibly at every level.
