Alan rolled out Ashby org-wide, with all 700+ employees having a login. That level of access, combined with customizable dashboards, helped democratize access to hiring progress across teams. 3. AI That Replaces Automated Workarounds
One of the most significant improvements came from Ashby’s AI features, particularly our AI Generated Feedback Summaries and Generative AI Email Tokens.
Previously, Alan’s talent function built out a custom internal tool for sending rejection emails. The tool was integrated into the ATS, which took a few buttons to pull intelligence from the ATS, ping a recruiter over Slack, and generated a rejection email with the context pulled. Over time, this became complicated to maintain.
